Hey @Morten_Pedersen, yes, I had arranged an appointment with BKool support for two weeks ago and the support guy logged into my setup via Teamviewer remotely, calibrated my unit and within 3 minutes it was fixed!. Contact BKool at support@bkool.com and book a time for them to fix yours. I actually contacted them through their website.

Hello, i want to activate fe-c on my bkool smart pro 1 trainer to use resistance with Zwift. Could you please send me the v3.53 of the Bkool simulator because the files in the posted links are not available?
I don’t believe this method to update the firmware works now.
