I have a problem with synchronizing training plan files between my computer (Mac) and tablet (iPad). In the documentation on the website, I found that zwo files must be prepared based on %FTP, not absolute values, and can be a maximum of 64KB. Both conditions are met. The applications on the computer and tablet are in the latest versions, the account is paid, but synchronization does not work. In previous versions of the application I had no problem with this synchronization. It was enough to restart the application and the files were visible.
The interesting thing is that on the same devices, the files on my wife’s account sync properly and are visible in the iPad app.
What can I do with this issue? Any hints are welcome!
