already reported my problem several times. but always standard same explanation. so i paid through apple store and haven’t been able to use zwift for 8 days. maybe a real person who looks at my account why it is.

Do you see a link in the lower left of the Zwift game app that says “Restore purchase?”
Paying through iTunes involves clicking that link in the Zwift game app. Please see our Support Hub for the how-to
