Poolar and iPad Pro

Hi there,

I can’t get my Poolar HR connected to the iPad despite that I was able to make it on the iPhone 11.
Any clue?

Could it be the HR is still paired to your phone?

Yes it is but the app is off on the phone, I just want to use a the big screen of the iPad.

Do you have BT off on the phone also? I would certainly try with BT off and then try again on the iPad.
