“The situation brought about by the H10 update is due to the sensor being updated to comply with the EU Radio Equipment Directive (RED). As a result, the veruty sense sensor sends a security request to the host device, and cannot pair with it until the host device has processed the request. In practice, for example, Zwift users, the computer has received a pairing request from the Verity sense, which has had to be accepted.
Not all devices and applications can handle the security request, so we are already investigating whether we can do something through the sensor that would make it easier to pair and keep it active.
Unfortunately, the sensor cannot be updated to previous versions.”
