Last night, I was riding the Four Horsemen route and my computer crashed about three hours in while starting my jungle ascent. A bitter pill to swallow in itself, but then checking this morning, I don’t think my efforts got counted toward the Factory Challenge, either. Where I’m figuring that I should have earned (given my weight, power produced, and time spent) around 7.3 - 7.4ish power units, I’d really like to get credit for them, please. Is there any way this can happen, or do I just need to accept I’ll have to do it all over again? Thanks in advance!
You should try contacting support. I know they are able to grant some credits but I do not know if they have the tools to adjust factory challenge progress. They can certainly fix XP, drops, badges. Did the ride save to your activity feed?
