Payment not accepted

I’ve been trying for three days now to make my first payment, starting a day before my trial membership expired. It keeps saying there is already an active subscription on file for this account, and won’t accept payment. Meanwhile, the game kicked me out mid-race yesterday because my trial was over. I’ve written to the support email, submitted a trouble ticket (two days ago, yesterday), but haven’t heard back at all. You’d think they’d want to resolve problems from those wanting to join the ranks of paying customers…
