Payment issues

Hi Zwifters

After almost 6 years of subscription, this month my bank seems to reject the zwift charge.

I have tried with 2 credit cards and paypal, and everytime I tried the cards got blocked.

zwift has just cancelled my subscription and I really do not know how to proceed…

You need to directly contact Zwift support. They are the only ones who can help with billing issues such as this.
