Canceled my Account and got charged

Same as Vladimir in this previous post: (“Being charged despite cancelled membership more than year ago and not using Zwift. Unable to cancel membership now”) I have canceled my account. I received also no confirmation email and forgot to take the print screen of the end of the Subscription. I got charged for the next month as if something went wrong during the cancel operation.
Now I can not delete my billing information in case it happens again.

Any idea what has happened?
