Just had an email saying I’ve cancelled my account - I haven’t!


Just received an email saying I’ve cancelled my account. When I log into zwift it says my account has been cancelled effective 7th September.

Anyone else had this? I’ve no intention to cancel my membership

Assuming payment has gone through etc, then this seems similar to others that reported getting “trial period almost over” or similar when they were paying customers. Flick an email off to support@zwift.com and fairly sure they will sort it out fairly quickly for you.
