Payment help

Good afternoon.
I’m having trouble paying. I am a new user, on 03/28 aurtorization I debit in my PAYPAL account of the amount. I’ve done all the TRIAL FREE and the amount was never discounted. At this point, I tried to change the payment to visa, canceled PAYPAL and re-authorized, but the result is the same. I have already sent mail to ZWIFT without any kind of reply, and at this moment I cannot use the service. I would like help.
