Pause or Freeze membership

How do i pause the membership. Will continue later this autumn.

Hi Magnus,

Simply log into your dashboard at www.zwift.com and navigate to Settings > Payments and scroll down to the ‘Cancel’ option.

But cancelling isn’s the same as freezing is it? I’d like to pause my membership for the summer and unpause in, say September. Can I do this without losing my ride history etc?

Yo did NOT answer the question which is How to SUSPEND (not cancel)

Cancel and suspend do the same thing. If you want to rejoin after cancelling all of your stats and levels be be at the same point as when you left. A lot of users cancel their Zwift over the summer months and rejoin in the winter months without losing anything. Just make sure you use the same email address.
