Password reset does not work!

Hi Zwift admins,

I have forgotten my password and would like to reset it. Unfortunately, I do not receive an email. Also the spam folder is empty. I start to be quite frustrated :frowning:

I have now registered here to this forum with a new account so that I can contact some admin people or someone who can help. How should I proceed???
Please dont suggest your “chat Robot” because that knows nothing.

Keep telling the chat bot that the suggested articles don’t help, and eventually it will give you an option to create a support ticket.
