I ran into a login issue where Zwift claimed I had the wrong login credentials.
I did not change anything but never got in. I had to create a new account, stop my auto pay, and start over.
Very discouraging that I could not find a way to contact a person to help with this. I lost my Tron bike and all my achievements.
did you try the “forgot password?” link on the launcher screen (PC)?

I tried that several times. I never got the promised email so I could reset it.

I must sometimes check with webmail, because my provider has some (stupid) spam filter and I cannot change the settings.
Thanks for the thought. I’ll do a deep dive into my provider to see if something is getting blocked.
