Make sure your phone is not auto inputting something different. Check caps etc.
caps checked & no autofill …email & password work fine on all other Zwift related sites …
I assume then you cannot reset your password. I will create a ticket for you for upper level to look into it. Thanks!
SAME here. I got exactly the same issue. Clicked FORGOT password and they cannot even recognize my EMAIL address. Is it what we paid for 8 Pounds per month???
Can’t even find out a CS email/ clicked get in touch and
i tried again to log in and the matter was resolved on its own yesterday …don’t know what the problem was exactly
