Zwift Mobile link ....log in failure

The app stopped recognizing my email …hence I can’t log

I’m using same email to log into this forum and it works fine

Hey Karim,

Make sure your phone is not auto inputting something different. Check caps etc.

caps checked & no autofill …email & password work fine on all other Zwift related sites …

I assume then you cannot reset your password. I will create a ticket for you for upper level to look into it. Thanks!

SAME here. I got exactly the same issue. Clicked FORGOT password and they cannot even recognize my EMAIL address. Is it what we paid for 8 Pounds per month???

Can’t even find out a CS email/ clicked get in touch and 

OOPS, SOMETHING WENT WRONG

TAKE ME HOME

i tried again to log in and the matter was resolved on its own yesterday …don’t know what the problem was exactly
