Password reset email not received

Hi Zwift admins,
I have forgotten my password and would like to reset it. Unfortunately, I do not receive an email. Also the spam folder is empty. Please contact me by board mail so I can name the email it is about.

I have registered with a new account so that I can open a ticket here in the forum. With this new account the password forgotten process and the sending of the email works.
