How do I get it? I don’t understand what is meant with 15 minutes fan view…
Instead or clicking “Ride” you click on box “Watch only” and do so for 15 minutes. I don’t know why that’s a badge or why you really want it, but it does exist.

So who gets the badge? The one being watched or the one watching?
The one watching. I initially thought I’d have to convince someone to sit there and watch me for 15mins, but I just put it on fan view on some random person for 15 mins and that unlocked it.
