Pairing my heart rate monitor to New Zwift Kickr

Im having issues pairing my heart rate monitor. Things ive tried with my Garmin HRM:

  1. watched pairing videos
  2. looking at my iphone settings for other devices
  3. removing other BTE and Blue Tooth items within the room or area
  4. Using Zwift Customer Sevice for answers
  5. Using the Companion App

Please any more ideas?

Which Garmin HRM do you have? And what is the other equipment you are trying to use? You mention unpairing other Bluetooth Items, but perhaps your Garmin HRM doesn’t use BT? A full rundown of your setup would be helpful.
