Pairing Kinetic Inride Sensor with Zwift

I’ve tried pairing my Kinetic Road Smart trainer’s InRide sensor with Zwift, but the software never seems to find it. I’ve tried using my new MacBook Pro, and also tried using a PC and android with no luck. The sensor is able to pair with the Kinetic app, but not Zwift (I’m careful to not have both apps on at the same time and am not pairing the sensor directly to my devices).

Is this a Zwift software issue if the sensor can pair with another app?

This should work and it sounds like you have done the typical troubleshooting steps.  The only thing I might add is trying to turn off bluetooth on the phone just in case it is somehow paired over there.  I use the Inride regularly with a macbook and I’ve had good success with it.
