Paid membership but stuck in trial mode

I am using Zwift on a MacBook Air with Zwift Companion of an iPhone. I have paid for the membership and on zwift it says I have an active membership, however when I try to ride, the game opens and says ‘25km (Expired)’ in the top left corner and asks me to sign up for a membership to keep riding.
I have tried unpairing all devices, deleting the companion app and re-installing, deleting zwift from my macbook and re-installing.
I have logged tickets with support and had no response for 2 weeks.
I have seen this issue reported in multiple locations on the forums, but there are not solutions listed.
Can anyone help?
