Hi! I have re-activated my Zwift membership via Apple subscriptions a week ago but Zwift still tells me that my test subscription has expired…any ideas? Thanks!
On what device are you running Zwift? Generally, if you ride to the end of the 25k trial, a box should pop up with a ‘restore purchase’ option, and clicking that should resolve the issue. If you’re on an Apple device, you might also try force quitting the Zwift app and then opening it again to see if that resolves things.
Th box popped up but also showing the cost options and I already paid via my apple account.
But I will try the restore purchase option and check if they charge the fee again.
