Order discount Code

Dear Zwift Team,

I recently placed an order with you and applied the 10% discount code at checkout. Unfortunately, I only discovered the 20% discount code “CYCLINGRIDE20” after completing my order, which would have given me a greater discount.

As a loyal fan of your platform and a returning customer, I kindly ask if you could credit me the difference as store credit for future purchases, such as a Zwift subscription. I would greatly appreciate your support in this matter.

Weird, that is the address. I guess you can try support@zwift.com or the chat bot.

Alle the adresses don‘t work. Chat bot is useless for my question. Is there another option? I also checked if my email is the Problem…

I’m wondering if there is an email delivery problem with your email provider. Who are you using? Is there more verbose error messaging available about why the delivery failed?

With the chat bot you should be able to eventually submit a support request if you keep telling it that the suggestions were not helpful.
