Bandmerch Order ZWXXXX 10/14/2017

Hello,

I bought the Zwift ANT + Starter pack two business day delivery exactly week ago. I have not received the package yet. I email Bandmerch who apparently is Zwift  merchandising services’ inquiring an explanation why I have not received the pack all I got is an email acknowledging my inquiry with request #122944. Please advise!
