Hi there, can my husband and I use the same apple device but run two subscriptions. We had 2 profiles on my zwift account. My husband finished the trial and now wants to subscribe but needs to use a different apple id to start his subscription but it is my apple id that is used on the particular ipad we use. Any way around this. Seems odd you can have two profiles on the one swift account for the trial period but cannot pay 2 subscriptions.

Let me put you in context. Once you subscribe to any Zwift username (identified in our system by Profile ID) through iTunes, it links that Zwift Profile ID to that particular Apple ID permanently; This is so you can grab your own iPhone and resubscribe and know that you’re not paying for someone else’s account.
Your husband can perfectly create a profile on another device by following these steps. If you have further questions, please contact us. This is the right way to help you because billing information is sensitive. We will be delighted to help you.
He can also subscribe on the Zwift web site. That works more reliably than paying via Apple which can suffer from renewal delays.
Did you even read the question? They want to use the same Apple device. Maybe they’re using the same Apple TV.
