I used to get a notification on my phone when friends that are set as favourites started zwifting. Since the update to ‘companion’ (instead of the mobile link) I’ve stopped getting notifications even though its turned on in settings. Anyone else encountered this?
Have you tried logging out of the ZCA and closing it down and opening it again and logging back in to see if that resolves the issue.

I also am having the same issue. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling, un-favoriting and re-favoriting, and un-following and re-following.
I submitted a ticket and was told they would look into it and they wanted to close the ticket. I asked to leave it open until a resolution was found. Like you guys, I’m still waiting.
It’s a first-world problem to be sure, but one can’t be blamed for wanting features to work.
Same problem here. Has this started working for anybody else yet? It used to work… long ago.
