On Apple TV. On latest software. Recently not getting regular power ups when going through sprints or top of climbs. Get some but not all. Get haptic feedback on controllers when over the finish line but no power up.
You’re not on a TT bike, are you?
Aside from the TT bike issue (which would make it normal to never get a powerup) you are also not guaranteed a powerup when free riding. Some of the time you get +10XP instead.

What about the sprint challenges?
I’m not aware of any way in which they are different from other free rides or solo workouts when it comes to powerups

You have a chance to get a powerup at each banner, whether or not it’s a sprint
Yeah, thought that but loads don’t come up.
So which powerups have you been seeing?
did stage 2 of the zwift games last week and apart from the very first powerup being an aero, every time I went thru the banner it was 10XP, wonder if that was because I’d cancelled my account and was on the 25km freebie, cynical of me to think that way I know but seeing everyone else dropping a powerup was slightly annoying
Everybody got only one in Zwift Games this year. The option to have a powerup awarded in the starting pen is also available to community organizers by request to the events team. The people who used the powerup early probably did not understand how the event was configured. Like in stage 5 I saved it for the steepest part of The Grade but others fired it off on some little bump early in the race or right before a flat sprint banner.
