Not able to toggle from Ride to run

Hello fellow zwifters!!

I’m having issues toggling between ride and run. I have read some of the proposed fixes… which i have tried to no avail.

I’ve restarted the apple tv box, I’ve deleted and re-installed the zwift app… basically everything.

Zwift does identify the Runn pod and to be fair and i was able to switch it over to run once… but then I wasn’t able to switch it back to ride unless I un-installed the app.

From what I’ve read, this seems to be an ongoing issue that quiet frankly im shock isnt fixed yet. I think priority should be to ensure that the program works… then secondary should be everything else.

Hi Frank, thanks for reaching out!

After a bit of research, it seems that when you have the Ride/Run toggle on the pairing screen selected (outlined in white) you should be able to move between the two options with a left/right swipe on the remote touchpad.

Give that a shot and let us know how it goes!
