Zwift now showing only RUN option not bike

I am running Zwift on my Macbook and all was working ok until today when I had some  issues with pairing my Bkool trainer and in clicking around I now have the Zwift APP stuck in RUN mode.  I cannot select bike trainer to pair with now.

Any ideas to fix this?

Tapping to the bottom left of the HR box will switch it between Bike and Run modes.

That was the wierdest troubleshooting experiences I have had.

I needed to click some way below the HR box I was initially clicking too close to it.

All now ggod
