Not able to pair swift on imac to the tacx neo

I am not getting my Imac (IOS 10.9.5) Zwift app connected to my new Tacx Neo even though Iphone and Ipad DO work. Even after having shut off phone and Ipad, as well as having reinstalled bluetooth AND rebooted, NOTHING works to get it up and running. Still get the message " Bluetooth receiver seems not be turned on" .

Hell yeah, it IS turned on, and my other bluetooth devices work on the Imac. Just the Zwift app that is not able to pair with the Neo.

Any ideas?!?

What Bluetooth version is your iMac running? I believe Zwift requires Bluetooth 4.0 (BLE).
