Not able to initiate Zwift on Windows

Hi All,
I’m having an issue with Zwift in my laptop.
I’ve tried to log in with my email and password but I’m getting an error even though I’m introducing user/password properly (if I try in my smarthphone it starts fine).
For example, in the WELCOME screen where your profile picture appears it goes fine and I click on “let’s go” and after that the app open and I get this message: “correo electrónico/contraseña incorrectos. Inténtalo de nuevo” = “email/password incorrect. Try again”
I introduce again the RIGHT password and I get this message: “Error al iniciar sesión. Comprueba la conexión a internet” = “Error to start the session. Check your internet connection”
And obviously I have internet connection because I’m sending this message with that laptop.
Even though, if I click to “crear nuevo usuario”=“create a new user” if I fill all the fields with a different mail, when I click “REGISTER” it doesn’t do anything even though you click several times.

Any idea or help would be really appreciated!

Thanks!
Rafa

Network ports required by Zwift are in this support document:

It’s pretty common for work laptops to have network security policies that forbid some of those ports. Some routers also have firewall settings that block one or more of those ports.

Solved!
Thanks Paul!
The root cause was that Cisco Agent was blocking the execution of this application. I’ve disabled the windows services and I can run the tool without any issue.
I hope this can help to others in the future!
