How do I log in

I try to log in to zwift but it comes up with please try again check internet connection, don’t know what I’m doing wrong?

what device are you using to attempt to log into zwift?

maybe try reinstalling the game? When was the last time it worked for you, and do you have a current paid subscription?

Yeah your account is fine. To rule out a problem with your Internet service (such as a required port being blocked) you could also try using your phone as a WiFi hot spot for the laptop.

If you have any network security software running on the PC that can cause the same problem (not unusual on work laptops). You could also try running a VPN on the PC and see if that changes anything.

Mmm..I really don’t know what has gone wrong to be honest

it must be something on your end, I have now logged into the game on 2 different devices without issue today. One is my main Zwift PC on Windows 11, and the other is a laptop also on Windows 11.

Did you try Pauls suggestions of using a wifi hotspot?

Ye I tried the hotspot…really don’t know what is wrong my end

loads of people are using Zwift in the UK, I think that might be where Paul is too. Something is blocking you from gaining access… what about the security software, antivirus, VPN, etc? Any of that in use?
