Hello
When I launch Zwift on my laptop, I get an error "Failed to log in. Please check your internet connection”
I get the same issue when on wifi or on 4G (and internet does work)
I don’t get the same issue on my iphone or on the laptop of my wife
So it seems related to my laptop. I did restart, reinstalled, rebooted all networks… but still get the same
Any help would be highly appreciated

Hey there
I did a bit more digging.
It seems Zwift is using the same ports as Zoom (conferencing software) which I recently had to install for work.
Could this be causing the issue?

I had the same problem logging into Zwift on my work computer. Zoom wasn’t the issue-- works fine with Zoom on. But I had to turn off my Zscaler (Internet security and Private Access). Login works fine now.
