No workout create option

Hello

I have a problem because I cannot create my Workout. In the tutorial it says it should be in Custom but I don’t have this option - I tried on PC and phone and unfortunately nothing. - now i see that is on Cycling but there is any option to do my own workout ? These ready are to hard to me for start journey

Hello @Mateusz_S1 welcome to Zwift forums.

Shuji at Zwift HQ here.
You may find the instructions on our Support Hub helpful. Please note that custom workouts can be created on desktops and tablets, but not phones.

Also: I see that you’re logged in from multiple devices at the same time. I’m guessing this is so you can troubleshoot why things aren’t working, but don’t log in from more than one device, because multiple concurrent logins create many known problems.

Hello, thanks for answer.

Unfortunately i don’t have this option (screenshot)

It’s desktop version and still no option.
I reinstalled app and still nothing

Hi!

Also i created new account on PC and tried on PC and same issue :frowning:

I’ve also had the problem of not having the new workout option appear on PC when zwift is in running mode.

If I create a running workout through a 3rd party zwo creator and move that into my workouts folder, it’ll appear in zwift’s running mode as expected.

for $ hits and giggles I logged into Zwift on my PC and got the same result, no custom workouts in running mode, only in cycling mode.

Hi @Mike_Rowe1

This is Haziel from Zwift. I understand that you’re having some challenges with creating your running workouts, and I want you to know that you’re not alone in this.

To help you out, I recommend checking out the Workout Creator in Excel (WCE). It’s a fantastic tool that lets you design personalized running sessions tailored to your needs. You can set your target running times, create different workout blocks like intervals, warm-ups, and cooldowns, and even add motivational text events to keep you inspired during your run. After you’ve crafted your workout, you can easily save and import it into Zwift.

For further guidance, I suggest taking a look at the article from Zwift Insider titled “How To: Create Running Workouts in Zwift.” It’s filled with useful information that can assist you.

I genuinely hope this helps, and please don’t hesitate to contact us. If you have any more questions or need further assistance. We’re here for you!

@Mateusz_S1 I think the message above was meant for you
