i have just started the Dirtbusters plan. During todays workout plan there are buildups that lead to an ‘allout 1 minute at 65rpm’ which is ;abl;ed as ‘Freeride’. As soon as it automatically changes to ‘freeride’ all resistance goes and im just sat there spinning. If i drop into the highest gear to get some resistance its ok for about 10 seconds before i spin out. Has anyone got any advice? am i being stupid and not doing something?
I too have had this issue on Dirtbusters these past few days. Once time was after I stopped pedaling for a minute but another time appeared to be for no reason.
