i dont receive new jerseys after finishing events. These were definitely events with a jersey as a reward (Workout with Team Italy and group ride with Team Giant).
It was working fine 3-4 weeks ago. Now I can’t get any new jerseys in my garage after completing an event.
What can I do?
can you provide the event IDs to start will help troubleshoot.
I suspect its likely that the events don’t have jersey unlock configured
Both leaders told me these events have jerseys as reward.
Where can i find the IDs of completed events?
can you name/date of the event.
or your zwift ID if you are on zwiftpower should make it easy to find them

the giant ride has been tagged wrong “erseyunlock" when it should be “jerseyunlock"
Can’t see much wrong with the team italy ride at the minute. I would either try contact giant ride organiser or raise a support ticket

You can’t. joys of zwift it’s not easy to see tags on events through a nice interface.
zwifthacks events page will show you some stuff
But how can i look on zwifthacks for completed events?
Should list all the jersey unlock events (must finish the event to get them).

On what device are you running Zwift? If it’s an Apple device (iPhone, iPad, Apple TV), be sure to always force-close the app after each use (not just put Zwift into the background).
i am using an iPad and i am always closing Zwift completly after my rides.
i am new to zwift and i received just one jersey so far. Do i get a screen message when i receive a new jersey from an event? I cant remember… was 3-4 weeks ago.
I’m pretty sure there is a pop-up message for jersey unlocks, but it doesn’t always show up right at the end of an event. And sometimes, depending on the type of event, it might not show up until the next time you log in.
i had no pop up message and even after closing it several times completely there is no new unlocked jersey in my garage 
i definitely started the events from the beginning and finished it to the cool down phase. I ended the cool down after 1 or 2 minutes but that should not be an issue.
I will start soon a new event… lets see…
Got it. Today it worked, dunno what was wrong yesterday. The Giant ride had a wrong flag but yesterdays Team Italy ride?

Do you put ketchup on your pasta ? That might tick off Team Italia …
