No climb resistance at Andriod telephone after update of Zwift

After the new update of your app, the app on my telephone is not working correct. When I climb I got no climb resistance, I am using the Zwift at my andriod phone." So not at a laptop or Apple television.

This al the 4th time after an update that the climb resistance is gone. Fix this problem, I am paying every month for a working product!

How odd, never heard of this and for it to happen in 4 separate occasions sounds too coincidental.

On the 3 previous occasions how did it start working?

Did the trainer pair as controllable? Which trainer is it? Make sure it’s not paired to anything else such as the trainer manufacturer’s app while you are troubleshooting Zwift.
