Hello I’m a very new to zwift & have recently purchased a elite novo smart trainer. I am have so many problems I’m thinking of selling the trainer! The app worked pretty begin with now it doesn’t seem to connect with my ride, the tyre is either burning rubber or not running on the wheel at all. I’ve tried connecting CIA my iPhone iPad & Samsung tablet.

It’s important to carefully follow the manufacturer’s instructions as to how to set up a wheel-on trainer, especially in terms of tyre pressure and the tensioning of the roller against the tyre.
It sounds like you haven’t been able to get this set up correctly. Have you checked all the instructions? Tyre pressure as well as tensioning?
Hopefully someone else here who has an Elite Novo will be able to give you some specific advice.
