New Van Rysel D500 V2 + Zwift Cog & Click V2

So Decathlon has launched new Van Rysel D500 + new click and cog.

The price is 399€.

Did anyone tried it?

I have bought it, but I am not sure do I like it or not.

I have old Kickr Core and I can compare it, and it seems that on D500 the flywheel is too light compared to Kickr.

So is it just me or what are yours thoughts on new D500 trainer.

What made you want to replace the Core? It seems like an odd choice but maybe I’m not aware of the reason.

Kickr Core I got from friend very cheap, cos it made some rattle sound. He got new one, this one than sold to me. But I cannot do updates, cos serial number isn’t valid anymore and I cannot add Click

And I want Cog+Click cos RD always makes jumps, i tried multiple times to adjust it, but always jumps and rattle on cassette. That why I want cog+click. And I need one trainer for that, cos on old one I cannot update cos invalid serial number.

OK! Van Rysel trainers are what to buy when you can’t afford anything better. Price is the only reason to buy them, and I would certainly choose a Jetblack Victory over the D500 at around the same price, though availability might be a problem.

Another option would be to take the Core and your bike to a mechanic and tell them to make it shift perfect. It should not be hard for them to understand what’s going on.
