Just wondered if anyone else thinks that a jersey that indicates that the rider is looking for a team would be useful ?
That way you could join a group ride and any team captains looking for new members would be able to identify potential new recruits.
possibly. it would also be nice if they developed the club feature so you could look at clubs see who is recruiting what events and time zones they generally ride to try get best fit for a rider
You could put it in your name on the rider list.
The tradition in real life is to wear black kit with no branding.
Closest thing in Zwift is the 100 mile jersey. 
Or one of the Monochrome unlocks. 
The best I can muster for a racer looking to be picked up by a team is:
- Helmet: Zwift Helmet Part Deux (Level 3)
- Shoes: Zwift Black (Level 5)
- Socks: Solid Black (Level 7)
- Glasses: Weskers (Level 19)
- Jersey/Shorts: Strava Premium
