New account activation issue

Hi
New user …Used my free trial up until there was 1 km remaining. Went ahead and joined Zwift … I was under the impression that when the free trial ran out , my account would activate …Nope …

I spent an hour playing with it .Going so far as to delete Zwift and re load and re sign in, Still get the same message ( my trial has expired)
Would appreciate any input into the solution since Zwift customer service is off for the weekend
