I reached 11 week streak and this week would have been number 12, but my companion app says 0 weeks.
Anyone else with this problem? Or a reason why it’s happening?

Maybe you are confusing MyWoosh with Zwift?
It’s been ticking over weekly without me using zwift until yesterday.
you must have had a streak saver
Outside rides are enough to keep a streak going and I don’t think those are visible to others.
It would seem it’s not, I’ve read on insider about the week streak, if you suspend your account the week streak resets. So it would seem just tiding myself over with outside tides till I’m ready to come back isn’t enough.

Folks, “FYI” as this can help other Zwifters as well:
To maintain a ride streak:
- Only one activity is needed in a week
- The activity must be at least 1.25 miles (2 km)
- The activity must have started between 00:00 Monday and 23:59 Sunday in your local time zone of the week in question.
On the other hand, once you’ve connected, or reconnected, your Garmin or Wahoo account to Zwift, outdoor rides completed with your Garmin or Wahoo device count toward your ride streak.
