I was under the impression that non Zwift rides will retain your weekly streak total. I logged into Companion and it shows my streak back to 1. I also had 2 Streak savers in the bank. Am I confused?
What type of head unit do you use for your outdoor rides?
Wahoo, Garmin and Hammerhead head units should count, as long as you have linked your head unit app to Zwift.
If you didn’t link the app to Zwift, or you use a different type of head unit, I think you’re out of luck.
You’ll aslo need to maintain your Zwift subscription. If you suspend or cancel your Zwift subscription, you won’t maintain your streak.
I use a Garmin Fenix 5 indoors or my Garmin 1050 and both feed to The companion.
I also maintain my Subscription.
My outdoor rides have been syncing from the start of the capability.
Could you be logged into Zwift on multiple devices without corresponding logout?
Mike,
I have not logged on to Zwift since Mid Nov as I moved back to the US from Germany and my Kickr Bike is in transport.

You may as well contact support since only they can tell you exactly what happened, and only they have the ability to fix it
IIRC from some time back, you had to break the link to your Strava and then re-link it. Or maybe that was just to get the bonuses for outdoor rides?
Same problem again. Lost my weekly streak for a second time. Outdoor rides are not counting. My Garmin Connect is connected to Zwift as well as Strava and Training Peaks.
@Chuck_Judy Two questions. First, have any of your outdoor rides ever shown up on Zwift? You would see them on the companion app, depicted with a little sun icon above the bar graph on the day of the activity. Second, when they started to allow outdoor rides to count, did you disconnect and then reconnect your garmin to Zwift connection? If you never went back and did that, they would not register on Zwift (at least that is how it was explained and worked earlier on so assuming it is still the same now).
I never actually looked for my other activities in Zwift. Today I went back to the settings pages. Disconnected Garmin Connect and Zwift from each other. Then reconnected them. This time also checked the box in Garmin Connect to share all ride history with Zwift. I then went to Companion and now see all my outside activities in the feed. Thank you for the advice !
