Ride Streak Missing

Hi. I haven’t seen a ride streak screen for weeks, despite riding at least twice a week. Is it configurable, or can i view my streak somewhere?

You should see it on the first ride of each week, but not on the 2nd, 3rd, etc… rides.

I know i should see it after the first ride. But it hasnt appeared at all for at least a month.

This is a community support forum where you’ll get advice from (usually) knowledgeable users who are people like you, and sometimes from Zwift staff, but there’s no guarantee they will respond here. For some types of problems you’ll need to contact support directly. I read nearly every potential bug report here, and I don’t recall seeing this one. This is a great place to search for or ask about bugs, but sometimes that research just tells you that it’s not a widespread problem. If you figure it out, I hope you’ll come back and share the outcome.

Hi @MikeODonovan Welcome to the Forums! I’m Norman, and I went ahead and checked your account in hopes of giving you some peace of mind.

I found that your Current Ride Streak is 38 weeks long and it’s still running! Very impressive, maybe you missed it last week but I’m positive you’ll see it the next.

I’ll ride later today so will concentrate at the end…

curious if you end your ride using the companion app? I did that yesterday and didn’t see the streak screen… you may have found a bug?

EDIT: I just completed another ride, saved and exited using the companion app and the ride streak screen appeared.

Hi Mike. I never close the ride via the app, not sure why but i don’t trust it.
I concentrated at the end yesterday and the streak appeared, so i can only put this down to me being old and daft and not paying attention.
Thanks to all who responded and Norman for checking my status, but all looks good.
