My latest ride on Zwift hasn’t synced to Strava automatically. How do I sort this. I can see it on Zwift companion
Sometimes there is a delay because the activity goes into a queue and sometimes takes longer than usual to sync. So I would wait a bit before doing anything.
If it’s persistently broken, the first thing to do is disconnect your account from Strava and reconnect it. https://www.zwift.com/settings/connections
For any missed rides you can manually upload the fit file

Shuji at Zwift HQ here. I know why. I’m looking at your server logs. Today - you logged in to Zwift on an iPhone 16 and an Apple TV at the same time. Simultaneous logins will cause weird symptoms like this.
We recommend uninstalling the main Zwift app from any devices other than the one you intend to use. This will eliminate the risk of these concurrent logins.
It’s ok to use the Zwift Companion app on your smartphone, though. That is a totally different app, and is meant to work together with the main Zwift app installed on a separate device.

If you can’t download the fit file, or it’s corrupted, then it’s probably lost
