My ERG mode and cadence is very intermittent when working out on a planned workout.
My rider will just stop and start, this has been happening just recently.
Have tried turning app off and on, re connected the devices again but still have problems.
Really disappointed with Zwift especially with the price going so steeply.
Could we have a date for when this crash is going to be sorted
Thanks
Hi @Andy_White1, welcome to the Forums! My name’s Oscar, from the Zwift Support team.
We appreciate the information shared and I understand how important is for you to sort this out so you can use ERG mode without issues, no worries, I will be providing information.

Hi guys, I’m having the same issue.
I’m riding with a Magene T200 trainer and a macbook. Since last week zwift seems to be a little bit lost during workouts.
This week I’ve tried to run a spindown calibration to see if could solve the issue but I’m getting timed out all the time (this has never happened).
Already updated the trainer firmware and on its app everything runs fine.
Did you perform the spindown in the Magene app? You should never use Zwift for the spindown.
Yes, I did but since on zwift ERG mode was not working I’ve tried a spin down to check if there was any problem with the power recognition between then and notice this error
