My avatar is not moving

Hi everyone, i am ussing the Hammer trainer andeverything is working correctly but my avatar is not moving, i Need help please!!!

Need a lot more info.

Are you using the trial? If so how far have you ridden?
If you are still on a trial and are using an iOS/ATV device and have gone more than 15.5 miles then you have exceeded the trial (which seems to be the case sine I see you have ridden for 16 miles). Read this post from last week: My Avitar does not move? - #4 by Paul_Allen

Yes i am using the trail😞, do you think that is the problem?

Are you using the trial on an iOS device? If so then yes, that is the issue.
