More fun on Zwift for “youngsters”

Hi, It would be really great for us youngsters under the age of 16, that we could organise/be a leader in Zwift public events. Like races or group rides. Zwift would be more fun for us. I am on of the kids under 16, that can’t be a leader of a group ride or race and I would really like to be one. Hope this could happen in future of Zwift! Thanks!
