I ordered Zwift Smart bike along with tablet holder, so was supposed to receive 4 boxes. However, I received only 3 boxes with the box for the smart bike missing. Even the fedex tracking number shows a picture of 3 boxes delivered, on the FedEx website. Has anyone else faced this issue? I sent an email to Zwift but there is no reply yet. Is there a contact number for Zwift customer care who I can call?
I have also created a case with FedEx and someone is supposed to follow up there but I am still waiting for a response.
I’ve heard they ship from different distribution centers, so wouldn’t be suprised if the frame is coming from a different area and will be along shortly.
You can contact support through the chat bot on support.zwift.com and just keep saying “no this didn’t help” until it lets you send a message.
I have had the same issue. DPD returned the frame. I followed up with DPD and was told it had been re-labelled and sent back to Zwift. I emailed Zwift and have not heard anything back besides their auto-response email. It’s all very disappointing. Did this get resolved for you? Any advice on what to do next?
In my case I did receive it next day or a few days later. It was just confusing at FedEx end who marks all shipments under one order as delivered even if one of the shipment is actually delivered.
