Missing Package and can’t reach support

Ordered a trainer and the zwift cog and clicker set up. They shipped with USPS and the package was marked delivered almost a whole week ago, although it was never received by our mail room. I have an open claim with USPS, but am awaiting either a refund or reshipment from zwift. How do I reach support? I’ve tried email and the chat function keeps directing me to fedex… who did not ship my product!

Would like to get something new ordered before the holiday season is too busy

support@zwift.com but if you have already opened a ticket and sent an email, I would not send in additional emails as it can send you to the back of the line.
