Missing Drops and long waiting times

Hi Zwifters,

I am missing a bunch of drops after my ride around Watopia on Thursday. The amount I am missing is somewhere north of 40k. Interestingly enough, however, I got the XP for this ride. Has anyone else experienced a similar issue or knows how to fix it?

I tried to contact the Zwift support via live chat and have kept waiting for over two hours now. Is that normal around here? I just started zwifting and am still on my trial period. The content and integration seem great, but I have some mixed feelings about the overall user experience so far. Hope that will change :slight_smile: !

This can happen if you have Zwift open on multiple devices or have not closed Zwift on your other device.
